We offer engineering and project design for single processes, production units or a complete factory. Based on the requirements of our customers we can design a “Tailor made” solution.
The minimum required document package we supply in our basic engineering consists of:
Technology and Energy Balance sheet – includes data for the raw materials and the final products, energy consumption figures, production yield, etc..
Layout – preliminary dimensional drawing showing position and sizes of the main production units
PFD – process flow diagram
P& – process and instruments diagram
Equipment list – list of the needed equipment
Specification sheets – technical specifications of all equipment and instruments
Piping list – pipes definitions, sizes, fittings
Instrument list – control loops and list of all instruments
Automation concept – description of the automation process, interconnections and sequences, safety locks, etc.
Good engineering is the key to your success. Obviously the data provided with the engineering package is enough for the client’s Project Management team to build a complete factory.
